Plugged it in with the HD cable and the picture on my modern TV looks surprisingly crisp for these old Data East and Jaleco titles. The 250+ game library is a real time capsule, and I’ve already lost an evening to a few fighting games I’d forgotten existed.
Finally got this hooked up to my living room TV and the HD cable makes those old Data East and Jaleco games look way better than I remember them on a CRT. The wireless controller paired instantly and the HD picture on my projector is crisp, though I wish the included cable were a bit longer for my setup. Still, having 250+ Data East and Jaleco titles built in is a solid deal for the price.
